What URL? Have you changed anything in your browser settings? What browser are you using? If you have changed your zoom setting, pressing Ctrl-0 (press and hold Ctrl then press zero, then release both keys) can reset it, it works in most browsers.
I managed to change text back to medium. Go to page menu on top rt corner click on down arrow and stop at text size, you can choose small, medium or large. I had to change the font from bold.. I went to tools on menu bar then clicked internet options then clicked fonts on bottom of page then web font i changed to courier New and text font to the same. It took several attempts but I'm no computer whiz! I hope this helped
