I have several channels not available to me due to the above referrenced code.I did call in a few days ago and a ticket was issued. I hadn't heard from anyone at comcast? I decided to check my home voicemail (that I don't have a phone for) and sure enough there was a message from Comcast letting me know that since I have not responded to their calls they are assuming the problems have been solved. They are NOT solved.
Do I need to go channel by channel and tell you what is not working? My DVR can't record the channels either?
