After a few hours, I no longer get notifications of new emails in the Android app. Deleting data and reconfiguring fixes the problem but after a few notifications (A few hours up to a day) it stops. I do get notifications for text messages and voicemail.
This has been going on since the app was first available.

In the app settings (in Xfinity connect app) - in messages, check for messages - can you change it to every 15 mins? Let us know if you start getting email notfications?

Do you see any of the email notifications coming at all ?
Are you expecting notifications to be delivered for any other folder apart from Inbox folder

This worked for ONE email and then stopped working. Clearing cache also works for at most two emails.

I only expect notofocations for Inbox and for Voicemail and Text Messages. The first two have stopped working.

There was a backend issue. This should be resolved now.

Problem has not been solved. I wasn't getting any notifications so 2 days ago I cleared data and got notifications for about 30 hours and now I only get fir text messages!
