There is a temporary outage with Call forwarding access from Xfinity Connect application.
All requests to querry call forwarding status and OR to set call forwarding will return an error.
Teams are working on resolving this issue as soon as possible.
I will keep this thread updated as soon as this is resolved.

WOW, looks like the right coast has the same call forwarding problem as the left coast..... I want to ask, why can Xfinity/Comcast send me silly text / e-mail on all my XFINITY / COMCAST bundle (Cable / Land Line / Internet) package and not send a note to my phone that CALL FORWARDING IS OUT OR WE FIXED IT ???????? Man AT&T is looking better every day, I have checked the e-mail me box, lets see if that happens..... I'm sure that if they check there files, I have had this problem for two long. Again.... LET ME KNOW WHEN IT"S FIXED.....

Thanks for the reply, however, it didn't tell me much but I know that you CAN notify me when you want to. I'm sure you can send out a group message to those individuals who have the call forwarding issue that it's fixed or that it is still being worked on..... Oh by the way, it's 8:50AM, 7/16/12 and the app for call forwarding is still not working..........

Is the call forwarding feature still unavailable?
I have been trying for sometime to cancel some numbers and then add new ones but when I try nothing happens. I sure would like to use this feature

This service was working up to a month or two ago. Then it stopped. Does anybody know when this is going to get fixed? I got a couple of messages confidently announcing that it was 'probably' working now however that didn't happen and the messages happen no more. Am I perhaps expecting too much here?

I setup the Voice 2Go settings and have Xfinity coonect App selected in the Advanced call forwarding.
This worked one time, but has not worked again for any other incoming calls.
Is this still an issue or are people just adding the cell number to the Advanced call forwarding???
