Comcast Mobile login issues

Ever since the Comcast forced password change issue I can not use the mobile login on my BB 9930.  I tried the test using the FAQ listed below.  No change.

The FAQ asks for the following if I still have issues.

If you still encounter problems please create a new thread/posting on the Forum. Please include in your post:

  • your phone model and manufacturer  BlackBerry 9930 Bold
  • your carrier Verizon
  • If you use Outlook Express to check mail on your desktop computer I use Outlook, not Outlook Express

Hello,

I am having the same issue. I have the bold 9900 you can read my previous post. I was advised that we sure forward our concern to comcastlarry via a private message. The more people we get on this issue the higher the priority will be.

I am having the same issue, since comcast made us redo our password and username, can't access my icon email form my mobile

So have you done what I said in my post? The only way we will get a fix is to keep sending a pm to comcastlarry.

Same issue here AND cannot forward vm messages

Verizon

Smartzone and MS outlook

 

I am so tired of all the problems I have with Comcast!

Still NO caller ID on computer or TV

Please fix the problem on my Android 2.2 DroidX - xfinity mobile app spontaneously "forgets" login/ password/ & all other config information. Maddening!

dween- delete the old version of the mobile and app and download a fresh Xfinity mobile app version 3.5.3 from the market.

I have done this twice (installed then reinstalled 3.5.3). Do you think there will be value in doing it a third time? If so please let me know & I'll do it again. If it's a "fix", how often will I have to repeat the process?

Okay. I am going to have someone look into it and also get in touch with you. 

Can you confirm if remember me was checked when you logged in, and in settings the log out options are set to 'never'?

Yes, "Remember me" is checked on the login screen, and yes, "Logout: Never" is the setting in my preferences.

 

If it's any help at all - this behavior is relatively new - it might have surfaced with the prior release of the app - I didn't note exactly when it started though.
