Ever since the Comcast forced password change issue I can not use the mobile login on my BB 9930. I tried the test using the FAQ listed below. No change.
The FAQ asks for the following if I still have issues.

I am having the same issue. I have the bold 9900 you can read my previous post. I was advised that we sure forward our concern to comcastlarry via a private message. The more people we get on this issue the higher the priority will be.

Can you confirm if remember me was checked when you logged in, and in settings the log out options are set to 'never'?

Yes, "Remember me" is checked on the login screen, and yes, "Logout: Never" is the setting in my preferences.
If it's any help at all - this behavior is relatively new - it might have surfaced with the prior release of the app - I didn't note exactly when it started though.
