Emails not syncing up

my inbox on my desk top at comcast.net does not match up with my inbox on this app.nothing but problems with this app. I move emails to different folders or delete them on my desk top but inbox on this app still shows those emails. Is there someone new working on this app because they sure dont seem like they know what they are doing.
