almabirchett, Are you still experiencing the same behavior? Then in that case, please re-install the app and it should resolve the issue.
I got the xfinity connect upgrade on my iPad and have not been able to sign in. Prior to this I have had no problem, I did go to Safari and was able to get my email. When I use the app and sign in it tell me to try again later. Alma B
