My Xfinity Mobile app is tied to a disconnected number. When I try to access voice mail, the only number shown is an old phone number of mine which has been long disconnected.
How can it get changed to my current phone? Customer service has been unable to help me with this, and is snafu. Does anyone on this forum know who to contact? Or, is the app just hosed.
