I have more than one email address associated to my comcast account, but I can only access the mail email address through this new app from Comcast. Obviously apple will not let me download a second comcast app and associate it with another comcast email address. I can currently have the "mail" app go out and get ALL my email from multiple addresses but I cannot mange that account from the "mail" app. Is there a way to get more than one email address through this new comcast app? Does this make sense?
Yep makes sense, you want to see the mail and folders etc, for multiple Comcast identities. I'm guessing a mixture of primary and secondaries, or perhaps all secondaries.
It's not available in the application right now but we'll add it to the list of possible enhancements and see what can be done.

Yes! I have muliple primary accounts and wish to see the email from them all. I went into the SmartZone and tried this run-around.....
Created a new email account folder that would access one of my other primary comcast email accounts by accessing externally. I can get those email online but that folder is not appearing on my ipod app therefore I cannot access that second account. I tried.
If you all can work on that, it would be great!! Thanks.

I wanted to follow-up to see the timing of when it will be possible to link to multiple emails addresses on the iPhone. I just set-up my iPhone this morning and this was not a pleasant surprise.
Just a thought -- but why not offer a separate duplicate App(s), since this is potentially a simple fix to the issue.

It's coming in the next release. Current timing is end of Jan (yes I know it's delayed, but it's a big update too).
You can't have multiples of the same app, that's a restriction from Apple.

Message removed to a non-public location because it contained user's email address. The email address was the entire content of the post by a new user, so I don't know why it was posted here.
For what it's worth, we use the Apple Mail app on our iPhone and iPad to grab mail from multiple servers and multiple accounts. But we leave all email on the server when using those devices. I suppose I should check out the Comcast Mobile app to see how it compares.
Edit (using HTML on iPhone): can't turn page sideways. Ouch!|
