I can access my digital voice mail but I cannot enable the caller ID feature through the updated iPhone app. The on/off button is grayed out and it says that I need to be an authorized Comcast digital voice customer to receive the caller ID notifications. I am a digital voice customer, any ideas? I have already tried deleting and reinstalling the app.

I also have no push notifications of caller ID on my iphone or mac. Caller ID displays properly on my TV. And on incoming phones, But I have Notifications ON in Settings an and Caller ID Notifications ON for the number.

It did and still does work on my PC. I don't have it turned on for the TV.

i've never used it with my PC orTV, but I do get caller ID on my house phone.

- To get caller ID you have to use a Primary Account to login, which i am assuming you are using. Visit this website http://www.comcast.net/callerid/ to find out more if you have the right equipment and caller ID is rolled out in your market.
- In that case your Caller ID is not setup yet. Can you call 1-800-COMCAST and find out if it is available in your area.

skntd / 11berg - are you using your primary account to login to the comcast mobile app?
also - have you tried installing the Caller ID PC client from www.comcast.net/callerid and confirm it doesn't work?

Are you getting Universal Caller ID on your PC or on your TV ?(check more info on www.comcast.net/callerid. if you are not registered for Caller ID on PC and TV or Caller ID is not rolled out in your market, you won't be able to turn it ON- please call 1-800-COMCAST for more information on your account setup.

I found out what the problem was. I needed to enable Comcast notifications under the Settings, Notifications tab on the iPhone itself. Works now. Thanks for your time.

The called ID issue should be fixed now, can you try to log out and log back in / and also delete and re-install the application and confirm if it is working or not?
