My voicemail Mobile app is working today but I cannot get messages by dialing 99 from my phone. They must be working on it!

Hello,

So if they are working on it what would you like us to do. Give them some time to fix it sometimes it takes time. If you have a trouble ticket already established follow up in a couple of days and see whats up.

No trouble ticket, I only noticed things weren't working yesterday. Then, I read all the forums about the problem. Just making my only problem known. I must say, the Voicemail App worked great for us this winter while in FL!!

What happens when you try to access voicemails from the app, what message do you see when you are in the Voice Tab of the app?

It says 'no messages'

Do you have any voicemails in your voicemail box ?- and also can you go to Xfinity connect online and see if the voicemails are showing under the Voice tab  ?

No voicemails in my box. No voicemails under Voice tab ....but, I don't think I have any. I believe is is working. The only thing not working is when I dial 99 on my phone....nothing happens.
