Xfinity Connect Mobile App

My Xfinity app has both an Address Book and Favorites and Groups tabs.

I want to send a group email to the members in my Group list.  The Group

list does not show up in the Address Book (yes, the individual members

are in the address book) but I would like to be able to just add the group

to the address list (or email) so I can email all at once.

How do I do this?

So the answer to this question is that currently the Xfinity Connect app does not allow sending a email to the groups or favorite list?  If I want to send out an email to a group from my iphone or ipad using the app I would have to enter each person from my address book individually.  Just want to make sure I am correct so I don't keep beating my head against the wall because I can't get a group email to start from the app.  (I can do it from the website, but would like to be able to do it from phone-thanks)

I am wondering the very same thing about the mobile app and emailing groups.  Posting here so I can find out when (if) someone from Comcast confirms that the functionality is not available on the mobile app

Sending mail(s) to Group from Favorites & Groups functionality was not available. But you can send mail to individual favorites by tapping down arrow --> Email icon for that particular favorite contact.

I cannot find a way to send an email to a group either. Has this been fixed yet?

I have the same question.  How long does it take to update the app to enable sending a message to a group???

WHY CAN'T YOU FIX THIS.....IF YOU CAN'T just get rid of the group area....it has no reason to be there
