You posted in the xfinity connect mobile app so can you provide some more detail info as to
1. What xfinity app are you having problems with?
2. What show are you watch on your device?
3. Are you having problems on all shows on your device?
4. Have you tried clearing your browser cookie,cache and temp files?
5. Have you tried reinstalling the app?
