I have a Nextel Motorola i580 with a data plan, I can access all sorts of websites but not comcasts. I have tried typing in both the urls you have listed and keep getting error msgs that say unable to connect to site. can you please advise? I want to be able to check my email .
The mobile site is at http://m.comcast.net
Is this the site you can't get to? Exactly what happens when you try?

yes I have typed in exactly, m.comcast.net and also tried the beta one, each time I get an error msg that says unable to connect to site.
Does your phone's browser require you to type in the http:// as well as m.comcast.net?

no it doesnt require it but I have even tried that. I can connect to any other website that supports WAP like myspace, accuweather, news etc etc, they all have and still do open fine. I even did a master radio reset on my cell that didnt help.

On my cell phone, I had my comcast mobile set up as one of my favorites. All I had to do was click on it and it immediately took me into my IN box.
Yesterday, I had to change my Comcast password. (it was seven digits long and has been working for YEARS, but Comcast said I needed to change it to an eight digit password)
So, I did. I can access my email using my new password on my computer just fine. But when I try from my cell phone, using the favorites that I have been using forever - it says login error occured - please check and re-enter username and password So, I have to type in my username and the new password, which I didn't used to have to do. IN ADDITION, after I type all info in . . it DOES take me to my IN box, BUT it says theIN box is empty - which it is not. Can you help me get access to my emails via my cell phone again? And preferably set up so that I do not have to type username & password each time? I am willing to take comcast out of my cell and re-install it if that is what is needed . . .but I need help in doing it. THANKS!

my company is verizon and my phone is the new blackberry storm is there somthing i am doing wrong or are other people having the same problem?
