On my Iphone 4 the old Xfinity app worked great. Don't know if any others are having the same problem but the new Xfinity Connect app stops notifying me that I have new email. No matter what I set it at, it stops. I have deleted it, re-installed it several times and it works great for a few days then stops notifying me every time. It's like having the notifications set to manual, but it isn't. I sent in a message to Comcast but didn't even get a response.

This is a backend issue with notifications server where the unread count is not reset and a fix is underway.

Hi I am having the same issue and have done the same that you have. I am becoming extremely aggravated. Hopefully it will resolve soon

Can you log out of the applicationa and log back in. and report back to us if you are still seeing it?
