clear cookies clear cache. restart your pad. Unistall the app. Restart the pad. reinstall the app sign in and see if it works.

Even by deleting and re-installing the app should work fine!

Me first? I have the app on my ipad and my iphone and it works perfectly so its not the app causing the issues. your post makes no sense.

Deleting the verison you have and installing a new one should fix this issue.

Been there, done that three or four times...
I can actually connect to the service, but now it says I don't have caller ID (which comes with the pkg).
