Why does Comcast homepage constantly ask for personal information such as phone number, pin numbers, credit cards, etc? I have a very good security system which prevents info from going out, but it is extremely annoying to get the messages over and over again while I am reading the home page.

You should not be getting requests for those things. Are these requests popping up when you are on the homepage?
Can you take a screenshot? You may not be able to post it because, unless it has changed, one needs to have a certain number of posts before being able to post the image. (a ridiculous policy that needs to be changed because many times a picture is better than words)
You would have to upload it to a site such as photobucket and post the link to the image.
Whatever you do, don't submit the information.

They happen when I am on the homepage, Comcast.net. It is constant very annoying.

I should clarify the problem. Comcast is not requesting information, it is trying to take it from my pc without my knowledge. My securtiy system stops it and notifies me of the attempts to obtain the info.

Are they popups? Do they show up as soon as the homepage opens? Full screen? Cover portions of the screen? Does it specifically state Comcast is asking for the info? Does it say anything else? Is it only happening on the Comcast homepage? What pin numbers is it asking for?
Is your security giving you any messages when it stops it? If so what is the message? (sometimes these messages contain vital info which can help determine what's going on)
Once again: take a screenshot and post the image so we can see what you see.
My first thought is infection, which Comcast has nothing to do with and is not asking for. I'll contact our security expert and ask him to weigh in.

From the security expert:
It's possible that your system is infected, but we would like to see a screenshot. Since it appears to be Comcast asking for the info it may just be a phishing attempt.
Are there any links?
If so check the links by hovering over them to see where they lead. All should be https:// links and point to a Comcast domain if valid.

No pop ups. Nothing on the screen except my security system opens a window to let me know that someone is after protected information. Otherwise I would not know it was happening.

Screen shot please of the window your security program opens.

I don't know how to do a screen shot. Please tell me how and I will do it.
Thanks

To take a screenshot
Press the PrtSc button on your keyboard. (you won't see anything happen when you do this).
Go to your Start menu/All Programs/Accessories.
Click Paint.
When Paint opens click the Paste icon.
Save the screenshot to your computer.
As I stated above you may not be able to insert an image. If you do not see a TREE icon in the forum editor toolbar when you compose a post you will have to upload the image to photobucket or a similar site.
You will then have to post the link to the image page.
