Banner ads over my email??? Really!!!!!

I'll never shop J.C. Penny again!  How annoying that you put an advertisment over my email!!!! I can't read my email unless I click on the J.C. Penny Ad?  What a disgrace!  I don't pay you for your advertising!  I can't get to my email unless I click on your J.C. Penney advertising banner!  What a discrace!!!!!!!  I want to charge you and J.C. Penny for my attention!!!!  This is the worse Comcast has ever done!
