What does the blue banner say?

Make sure that you are allowing cookies to save and are not deleting them upon exiting your browser.

Re: Blue Banners

Their all over for example there is a banner with a circle around the email link and the banner says something like click here to check your email another click here to check news etc. Sick of it.

Are you referring to XFINITY.com/tv:

If so, please click the "x" button in the top right hand corner of the screen.

Re: Blue Banners

Is this what you're seeing below?

If so, you can click the "X" icon next to each ribbon and they will go away?  If this doesn't work, please let us know.

Re: Blue Banners

Yes this is what I'm seeing but I don't want to have to do this every single time I access the homepage.

Re: Blue Banners

You should not see that everytime you access the homepage.  Do you clear cookies often?  What browser are you using?  Is your homepage set to http://xfinity.comcast.net?  If so, can you go into your browser settings and give us your exact home page url?  In IE, go to Tools > Internet Options > General Tab > copy the URL in the Home Page field and past that into this forums thread.  Thanks!

Re: Blue Banners

my home was set to http:/xfinity.comcast.net with some other numbers behind it. I dropped the numbers and it seemed to solve the problem so far.

Thanks for the help.

Re: Blue Banners

Yeah, that was going to be one way to help resovle the issue.  I was hoping to know the series of digits and letters behind the URL so we could troubleshoot why this was occuring.  If you happen to remember or have it saved somewhere, it would be helpful to know.  If not, we probably have enough to investigate.  One quick question, do you know if you're browser clears cookies on a regular basis?
