Broken Links on one of your pages….

Hi - just wanted to let you all know that you have broken links on this page:

http://xfinity.comcast.net/articles/entertainment-eonline/20120630/b327167/

I used to be a "tester" for State Farm Insurance Companies -- reviewing all web content and training for functionality, usuability, etc.    Does anyone check your pages before they go live?

Some links are working, some are not.  Here is an example of the first blue link in the article which is not working. None of those blue links work, nor does the first black link titled 'E Online'.  This is using IE Ver. 9

Re: Broken Links on one of your pages….

If you change comcast.eonline.com to www.eonline.com in the URLs they work. It looks like some confusion at E! Online about how they're tracking links from the Comcast page -- they used a Comcast-specific hostname in the linking page, but then didn't set things up on the server to recognize that server name.

There's probably nothing Comcast can do about this other than pass the report on to E! Online.

Re: Broken Links on one of your pages….

Thanks for notifying us of the issue.  Articles from partners like E!Online are delivered to us through data feeds, so we don't always control the content.  We are looking into the ingest of these feeds to ensure there wasn't an error that caused the broken links and will work with E!Online to ensure issues like this are minimized.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
