Whenever I pick ANYTHING to watch the screen give the rating of the show/movie then a 30 second clip of the commerical in its entirity but never plays the episode or movie. 

This is a reoccuring problem I have been experiencing for weeks. Why am I paying for something that doesnt work?

A quesiton I have asked myself several times and have yet to recieve an answer.

Watch how? Is this on demand or using the channel changer (linear channels)

Have you set a parental control that restricts you to TV-G ?
