While you are logged into the TV guide page go to MyTV and look for the SETTINGS tab.
Cllck on Settings. Under Location if is set to AUTO click on Update Location and enter your zip code.
I had the same problem recently. Fairly new issue.

what box is that for?

rog
That problem is on the XfinityTV listings page. The error code shows up where the tv grid listing is supposed to be.
For me I got the error when logged on. The grid would show up when I logged off.
Not on any SA/Cisco boxes and has nothing to do with the software upgrade. This is appears to be something updated on the websites.

You have noticed that the forum thread for Comcast websites has disappeared so I imagine people have to figure out where to post some of these problems.
The new thread is DVR manager. There are a couple of threads there for this same issue.
Of course when I started having that problem with the online guide a couple days later the link to this thread went bad. I can not get directly into this forum from the Landing Page link anymore. I have to click on the Xfinity TV header and get in by clicking on a topic.
Cleared all caches, reloaded web browsers (twice) on both computers with different OS. Really don't care anymore if Comcast fixes the direct link or not. Also PMd Comcast Larry about it already.

i just do a google search for comcast support forum and whatever link it pulls up takes me right in.

Will have to try that again. I can get into every other forum from the landing page with no problems.
Just tried it. No go while logged in, same error message. Opens fine when logged off. Must be some setting somewhere I missed.
No big deal. I have other methods to view threads in this area. Not worth worrying about.
Short of reinstalling all software I will just use the roundabout method. I have wiped off every thing I can think of short of re-formatting.
