I play thee free games on Comcast. The multi-player poker game has not been letting people log in properly for over a month now.I can log in to trivia okay, but not the multiplayer poker.Tried contacting comcast support for help and got NONE.They shuffled me down the line to help at trymedia(which runs the games.I sent numerous problem requests to them and got the standard"we know of problems and are looking for a solution" response every time.Since they're running the games for comcast, you'd think that comcast would step in for such a long running issue.I have talked to NUMEROUS other comcast oker players and it's the same for all of us.The only way anyone can get onto the poker is by refreshing the page 10-50 times, sometimes that works, sometines it doesn't.You would think somebody would look into this after more than a month!!!!![]()

I'm having a problem with games also. Sometimes it works and most of the time lately when I click on the "free web games" box it shifts the screen to the left that isn't formatted right.

I am also having problems with the free games. Noticed it a couple weeks ago. I have tried clearing the cache, deleting cookies, made sure my OS was updated (Windows XP running Windoes 8). Also checked that Javascript was enabled.

Games have been screwed up for a couple weeks.Numerous complaints to both comcast and trymedia(which runs the games),have gone unanswered.Been getting the standard-"we know of technical difficulties and are looking for solution" replys back. You'd think comcast would intervene since it's their site the games are offered on!!Sometimes you can get on by multiple refreshings of the page.Seems like the usual response from comcast regarding the games!

I'm having the same problem with the multi-poker game on the xfinity/comcast game site. The staff continues to be clueless about the continuing issues and now the site seems to have been left without any suport whatsoever. The lack of response from anyone regarding these problems definitely speaks to the importance that xfinity places on their "free" game site - zero - no dollars coming in equals no interest in resolution. I hope the forum admins will put more priority on this issue and promptly provide a reply as to the time estimate for repair to the site. If you're a player and reading this, and seems quite a few are, please send a msg, too. Thanks.
03-04-2013 02:50 PM
Received a reply from trymedia they seem to think site works with Google Chrome 25 Browser. Of course that is not true, I am sure we all tried many browsers.. It is ABSOLUTELY a problem with web site, Can't get Comcast to even acknowledge there is a problem!!!!

Trymedia Reply
Hello Joe,
Thank you for contacting Trymedia Customer Support.
This is a known issue and our technical department is working on a resolution. It seams that the issue is primarily with Internet Explorer and the game can be played using Google Chrome version 25. Please try accessing the game trough Chrome 25 and let me know if this helps.
Thank you,

I have notified the Administrator of your posts.
Please post the exact name of the poker game and what category it is under. I searched and found 25 games under the search word 'poker'.

Has anyone tried Compatability mode? I have to use it for some of these forums to show properly.
ciao, bj
03-04-2013 05:01 PM
Hi BJ,
I checked myself using Internet Explorer without Compatibility View on and was able to see the 'normal' pages. Same thing with Firefox Ver. 19.
Wondering if maybe that particular game isn't available anymore, or if there is just an issue with that game.

Come on Comcast $200.00 a month and I can't even play web games!!!!! How long can this go on? 4 weeks with no help or info in resolving the problem! Gave up on calling customer support. FREE web games are not free to comcast customers. If my Phone, Cable, Internet goes out will it take Months to fix??? I enjoy playing the poker as much as I enjoy watching TV or talking on the Phone, Its a service we pay for and should be given the same attention as my phone or cable would if not working

I looked through all 25 poker games and didn't find one that was named 'Poker'. I did find a couple tho names Texas Hold em or similar variations.
Did you click on search and type in POKER? See if you see the 25 listed that I see. maybe one of them is the one you are talking about?

The problem is with the game Carol.Sometimes it will allow you to log onto it after 10-50 attempts at refreshing the page. The game is still there. It is the only multi-player game on comcast free games.I played today after trying to get on for 40 minutes. It is there,it does work IF you can get on.Yes I and others have tried compatibility.

Another response from TRYMEDIA,
Hello Joe,
Thank you for your reply.
I'm sorry to hear that you
are still unable to access the online poker.
We have several customers
reporting that they've been able to access the game using Chrome 25. Please let
me know which version of Crome you are using and the time of your last attempt
to access the game. Additionally, in case you are trying to open the game from a
link you have bookmarked, please try to access the game from the home page of
the Comcast site.
Thank you,
Dimana
