Can't something be done? Almost a minute to get from "inbox preview" ( a useless feature) to the inbox itself and 20 seconds to delete an email. This seems ridiculous.

I've already done that and it has only gotten slower.

Hello,
From your previous post you did not mention it. If you want help you should post a lot more details including what you have done to fix the problem, Have you search the forum if there are other customers having the same issues and what did they do to fix it. The more info you provide the better we can help you with.

What browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser?
Comcast employees must be authorized to post in the forum. Employees posting here have their names in red and are designated as employees. Names not in red are customers.

Well...I can't find the orginal thread I chimed in on so I'll just state again here.
It all began for me last Saturday.
My default browser is Firefox and I just now checked out IE8.
Same exact behavior.
Painfully slow with every aspect within Xfinity email and stalled, sluggish page loads.
I'm very weary of it and no acknowledgment or fix effort as of yet....that I'm aware of.
Many here are really trying to help but seems to me we're beyond the default responses about 'cookie' clearing and 'browsers' we're using.
IMO...I'm paying to many buckaroos per month to have to deal with this for too long.
Carry on....

FYI- If you click on your Username on the left side of your post, you can bring up posts you have previously made. It will show you the subject and where it is located.
As far as your problem goes, what all have you tried so far? Is the Email the only site that is slow for you, how about the Comcast homepage? If you click on Email from this page, does it still load slowly?
While I know this doesn't help solve your problem, if you must get to your email in a hurry, you can use www.m.comcast.net. This is the very, very basic email, but at least allows you to read your mail.

Are you sure your Internet connection is performing well? What does a speedtest show?

I agree. The inability to access emails is happening with greater frequency. Comcast is not really telling us too much about the problem.
