Disatisfied with changes

Since changes with xfinity, email is slower, sign in and password are not saved, I must continually go back to homepage and sign in

I'm having the same problem with my home computer, with Windows 7.  My laptop with Vista is fine, albeit slow.  And why the extra tab?

If you go to the Email Forumyou will see many threads on these issues.  Comcast is aware of them and is working on fixes.



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
