All of my computers in my house are able to browse the internet just fine until I attempt to log into comcast.com. Right after logging in the site will attempt to grab my account information and the spinning icon will do its thing until I get the TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error. I get varations of this error from firefox, chrome, and IE 9 on all my computers and my android tablet. I attempted to call comcast but that was pointless as usual. Any help would be great.
I found an old post online about clearing the cache/cookies/history.
But we are having this same problem. And on multiple devices. I haven't resorted to calling Comcast yet but am unable to see my account online which poses a problem since this is how I pay my bill.
I'd like to know the answer to fixing this problem as well.
I've been hitting the same issue since yesterday. When I called Comcast I was informed via an automated message that they were experiencing technical difficulties with their online payment system and were working on resolving it. I am guessing that's the reason behing these errors. Hopefully they will be resolved soon.

Clicked on "My Account" at top of page
Clicked on "Sign In" (Sign in fails)
Clicked on "My Services"
Clicked on "Sign In" again (Sign in fails - again)
Clicked on "My Account" at top of page (I'm in)
Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post. Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version? Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.) Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache? Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X Details of the problem you are having.
