On this page http://www.comcast.com/ clicking Connect to go to email does NOT open Xfinity Connect.
Instead it opens http://xfinity.comcast.net/ which is the Comcast homepage.
This defeats the purpose of being able to go directly to mail from http://www.comcast.com/ and causes extra steps to get to email.
Comcast employees must be authorized to post in the forum. Employees posting here have their names in red and are designated as employees. Names not in red are customers.

Our team is aware of this issue and it has been escalated to the appropriate team. I will update this thread when it is fixed.
Thank you for your feedback,

Joe, when is the team that is aware of this issue going to get it FIXED?
How hard can it be to code the page correctly so that clicking the Connect link takes one to EMAIL? If they cannot do it contact me. I will change the code.
It is now extending to comcast.com/help. Previously clicking Connect on that page DID go to email. It now goes to the homepage.
I find it ludicrous that I reported it on August 1st and it has not been corrected.
The wheels of justice may grind slow, but the wheels of Comcast seem to have a flat tire and don't grind at all.

Sorry about the delay. I have notified the appropriate team that this issue still persists. I will update this thread when I know anymore information.
Thank you for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience,
