I don't use comcast.com very often to get my email, but when I do it's very frustrating. I have three different email addresses and have to sign out and sign back in under each name to read all my email. Before Xfinity, all three emails came up when I entered my main account name. Surely the technology to make this happen can't be too hard. You would have done better to leave out the useless celebrity videos and given some thought to what you users really need. Hardly an improvement!

If you open XfinityConnect, click on Preferences>email, and then click on Email Accounts you will see you can add them. I have all of my secondary accounts showing in XC.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
