I have contacted Comcaast by phone several days ago noting that I can't log on to comcast and check email, pay my bill or any other service that I should have access to based on my account. To date, this has not been corrected. I recently mailed my bill payment because I continue to get kicked off the site when I try to log on. I'm paying for a service that I have no access to. Whats the status of correcting this issue??
