How do I get X-finite Video Upgrade

When I select a movie to watch online I get the message I need this X-finity Video upgrade and I don't know what that is or where to find the site to upgrade.  Also will it be compatible with windows 7.  Can someone help me?

Hello,

Try this:

Completely remove Silverlight from your computer and since you are a Windows user, download and install the newest version of Silverlight here.
