I believe that it is IMPOSSIBLE to find INTERNET only pricing on the Comcast web site with the exception of the "Performance Starter" and change it online.
As an EXISTING internet only subscriber I am trying to find somewhere on the web site where it will give you pricing without TV or phone. I do not need TV or phone.
There is http://www.comcast.com/Corporate/shop/productoverv
On an interesting note when you do go to http://www.comcast.com/Corporate/shop/productoverv
Why does Comcast make this so hard? Yes, I know I could call and will have to end up calling. I just hate all the over the top phone scriptis that all the phone reps have to go thru each time you have to call.
Comcast need to have the ability for existing subscribers to add or remove any types or service as well as see pricing for the servies available on the web site.
If their web site is not sophisticted enoght to handle upgrade/dowgrade then at lest have the prices for internet only.

There are so many of these links that bring you to different pages with diffrent information.
Comcast needs to bring users from the outside and watch users navigate around the Comcast web site for information. I don't think Comcast does any user experience testing.
After entering my infor this link ended up with the page saying:
Sorry
We're sorry, we can't find the page you're looking for.
You can search our site by entering a keyword(s) in the search field above.
Or, click on one of the links below.

Didn't the link posted work for you? It took me to a page where I was supposed to sign in> Here is just a screenshot of the top of that page.
I do agree with you that Comcast needs to make access to what you are looking for much easier.

The web site just does not work for me in order to see what internet only existing customer pricing might be available. I am not a DFU when it comes to this stuff.
I gave up with the web site and changed service by phone. I got a slightly higher price than a coworker did only but thats fine.
The folks at Comcast really need a user experience person to walk thru the web site.
Perhaps it is an issue related to my account. I don't know,
