There is a slight delay, but they are working for me. Try a different browser maybe?
Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

I tried 2 other browsers and it just brings up to the comcast oops this page cannot be found page...

I agree with the OP.. AUP page with the FAQs listed opens after a while...
There's quite an extensive list of FAQs, but they all go to an "OOPs" page..
Other links on that page do resolve...
Just my $.02..

EDIT- I had turned off the compatibility mode and decided to check with it on.. The page now opens the FAQs..
