Why do I have to open 2 -3 screens to get into my email? Why can't I just connect to email and not have to visit the Comcast homepage which I have no interest in? Not user friendly!

There was a time when you could go directly to Email, but now Comcast wants you to go to the homepage. You certainly can use a free email client instead, and completely avoid the Comcast homepage, or steps to get to your email. Free programs include: Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird, Gmail,etc.
Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
