What settings are necessary in order to view most popularly accessed sites rather than just getting a new home page when I open a new tab?

You could make those websites Favorites.  Which browser?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
