I selected Do Not Show This Message on the Paperless Billing Pop-Up that appears everytime I log in to pay a bill. After selecting this another Pop-Up appeared saying I have selected Paperless Billing and must Accept the Terms of Policy to continue, obviously I did not accept it however I beleve that should not be linked to clicking Do Not Show This Message Again. The Paperless Billing Pop-Up is continuing to appear everytime I log in.
