It is quite apparent that your system is slow due to overload. Pages of other major corporations launch in reasonable time. Not a good condition for an IP.
Possibly an investment into more of bigger servers is in order.

Hmm I have tried it on both my work pc and home, Comcast's pages load just as quickly as ATT.net, and quicker than Roadrunnners' home page.
