Anyone know when this thing is reset and if its even accurate? We keep track of our usage. We do not use over 175gb and it says we used 293 last month. The only thing we do is email and netflix maybe a few times a day... something is up here, especially out of the times that we lose internet during the month

It resets around the first of each month. If you download during the transition period, the new downloads will count on your new month.
Right now there is no 250 cap. it was recently removed. What the plan is about it though, I don't know.
Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
