I logged in today to view my billing statement online however it is not allowing me to view the bill all I get is a message saying
Account xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx(removed account number for privacy!)
Total current payment due 08/18/2011 with the amount next to this.
Anyone know why the billing statements are not viewable online?

Well if it says payment due Aug. 18th with the amount owed and today is Aug. 23 that is more than likely the issue.
It sounds like they are getting ready to close the account.

They won't neccessarily close the account.
What they would do is turn the service off until the bill is paid. And that will happen only if there is a past due balance.
If there is no past due balance a late fee will be added.
If you don't pay by the time the next bill is sent the past due amount will be added to the new bill. You will have to pay at least the past due bill ASAP in order to keep the service from being shut off.
My bill is paid every month before the due date.
Two weeks ago, AFTER the bill was paid, I got the same message when I tried to connect to Customer Central. Instead of calling Comcast I decided I would wait at least a day to see if the problem was resolved.
A few hours later it was. Keep checking to see if you can access the bill.

Service is not shut off. The bill is only a week past due and you actually have time before that and they notify you. It turned out to be because my new bill just printed on the 18th and the new bill for some reason wasn't showing but no one knows why all the statements disappeared other than probably just a glitch with the website or something. Thanks for the replies
