WHY MUST I NAVIGATE YOUR HEADER PAGE TO FIND MY EMAIL HIDDEN AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE? I AM PAYING FOR YOUR SERVICE AND RESENT PAYING FOR YOU TO ADVERTISE YOUR PRODUCTS ON YOUR WEBSITE USING THE HEADER PAGE. YOU CHANGED THIS WEB SITE LOGIN WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND I AM TOTALLY AGGRAVATED WITH YOUR SNEAKY AND UINDERHANDED WAYS OF SELLING YOUR PRODUCTS. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND GIVE US WHAT YOU PROMISE - A FASTER INTERNET SERVICE, EASIER ACCESS, ETC.

janvag, it sounds like you might be using this site or the Comcast.com home page to access your email. If you click "Connect" at the top, that will take you there. You can also use the Xfinity.com home page, which has a direct link to email as well as an email preview.
