When I sign into my email account it says Hi Michael in upper right hand corner....I am not Michael nor does anyone living in my house is named Michael. What do I do?
1. Go to customer.comcast.com
2. Click the User & Settings tab at the top of the page.
3. Near the top of the page, make sure the account you are referring to is the one next to "Choose your Account
4. Click change user name
Just curious, is the name on your bill correct?
