I am unable to complete my profile setup on the xfinity website. When I select a service area, it does not save so my profile is showing that this step has not been completed. It also does not save my queue and there are never any channels for me to favorite. What do I need to do?

Make sure that you are signed in with your Comcast.net e-mail address or Comcast ID.
Also make sure that you are allowing cookies to be saved in your browser.

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

I use Safari at home and I tried it on Internet Explorer and it still did not work. I also cannot open my billing statements in Safari and it takes forever for things to load.
