Xfinity Toolbar keeps disappearing.

Again, the Xfinity toolbar has disapeared. This has happened at least 5 times. Is Google deleting it? Why do I have to keep reloading it?

My toolbar keeps disappearing " also", and I can't find out how to stop it from disappearing. Help.
