To whom it may concern
It is starting to take when to long for your pages to load, I have to always close down the window and try to re-open the window. Or I have to refresh way to often. I am about ready to stop have your service. I pay way to much money to settle for sub standard service. The has just started to take place within the last six months. Fix your issues

Are you clearing your browser cache on a regular basis?
Which browser/version are you using?
Have you tried a different browser to test?
Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
