can't play games

When I get to the games page, and click on the free web games button, I am unable to play any games I choose. They "load" forever!  It has only been happening for a week or so.

Hello,

Well you did not say that. Next time please give a more detail explanation of what you did so we dont have to repeat ourselves.

Re: can't play games

ok. Sorry. I have an Asus eeePC that uses Windows XP.  I have had this laptop for years and the games have always played.  I have only had an issue in the last week or so.  I have played quite a lot of the free web games.  Specifically, a few are: Jewel Quest Solitaire, Triads, Aloha Soliataire, Spin and Win.  What else can I try to get these to work again?

Make sure that you have Javascript enabled.

If it is enabled you are still having issues, try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Thanks,

Re: can't play games

Thanks, Joe,

Javascript is enabled.  Installing a new browser would not be an option on this laptop.

I dont know if any of this infomation is helpful, but when accessing the games page, I get a yellow error triangle in the lower left corner of the browser.  Clicking on it, gives the following error information:
