Hello comcast....luv your service but experiencing a little problem. Recently I recieved a letter in the mail stating,
Simply visit www.comcast.com/deviceupgrade follow the instructions and comcast will send you a self-installation kit with your new modem replaced at no extra charge. There seems to be a problem with your site or no such site at all. I am definately interested in getting this upgrade. Please explain, help or just send me the equipment directly.
