daily SIGH IN......!!!!!!

why do I have to sigh in everyday?..... and now 2or3 times in one day..... I check mark the keep me sighned in box.... I've become so annoyed I'm looking into other options...! this is the second message sent to you ...

The sign in feature is done with a cookie.  If you delete your cookies when you close your browser, you delete that cookie.



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
