On the homepage look on the upper right side of the page for Make Xfinity your homepage. Click it and confirm you want it to be the homepage.

The main problem at this point is when I open the infinity comcast page, I dont see anything that looks like the example on the chat page. I see the comcast icons, but no home icon to the right.I feel very confused.I was trying to click and carry the image on the chat page until I saw I had to go to the actual comcast page.

Alternate method:
Open the Comcast home page.
Click Tools at the top of the page. Choose OPTIONS.
In Options/General tab.
Make sure When Firefox starts it's set to Show my home page
Next click Use Current Page under the Home Page box. The url in the box will change to http://xfinity.comcast.net/ This should set Comcast as your home page.
Click OK.
If you don't see Tools at the top of the page place your cursor in an empty spot just above the address bar,RIGHT click, and choose Menu Bar.

I have done everything the directions say to do....it hasn't worked. I recently upgraded Firefox and this is when I lost the Comcast home page.

None of your suggestions are working.

In Firefox click on Tools, then on Options, and in the General tab under Startup type in http://xfinity.comcast.net or just xfinity.comcast.net and then click the OK button. Alternately you can go to the xfinity.comcast.net homepage, then click on Tools, then Options, and under the General tab click on Use Currect Page, then click on the OK button.

I have done all of that several times....rebooted, turn off computer, etc. When I initially open Firefox, the Comcast homepage comes up, but then each new tab is a "Delta" search page similar to Google. I never seen this Delta page before.

You installed the delta search somehow, probabluy came along with another program you installed.
This clickable link contains the directions for getting it off your PC. It is malware and is reidrecting your browser!

Thank you so much. Your instructions worked!

You are very welcome. Anytime you install something new, look carefully at the windows that come up. Many times you will see something else being installed UNLESS you uncheck the box for it. One I have noticed is Bing, but there are others.
Glad to help.
