We purchased a game thru comcast on 10/30 we have the american express bill. We are unable to access the game. We have sent countless emails and called countless times. Can someone get in touch with us regarding our purchase or do we have to dispute it with american express. This is really terrible service. When we call we get transferred 4 and 5 times. Please help.

Did you check out this link on the Games homepage?
On the same page as the link,there is a Contact Us link on the lower rightbside of the page...Is that we're you are emailing them?
Did you get a confirmation email with the activation code to activate the game?
Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
