Movies are generally available OnDemand when they are released on DVD/BluRay to the public. When that will happen is pretty much up to the studios but it won't happen as long as they can make money in the theaters.

It is estimated to be available in March 2013 but that is not official.
Like madylarian said, its time in the theather will depend on how well it is doing and could push back the release of it to home versions.
