when I open internet explorer and try to view any of the news, entertainment, etc., video feeds, all I get is a blank screen where the video should be ....sometimes i get a sporatic flashing where the video should be....any one know what is happening and why?

I had heard that before ... I uninstalled Flash and then went online, found a site and then reinstalled Flash....problem continues

We were having some issues on our end and XFINITY.com was not loading properly.
This issue has been resolved. Can you please try again and let me know the resuts.

Still not working....it was suggested that I try another browser...which one is mostly highly recommended that will not cause more problems on my computer...I took silverlight(?) off and that did not seem to help either.

I prefer FireFox...Also you do need SliverLight to view video's on comcast, so you might re-install it from Microsoft.com download page.
