Re: video problems

It could be that you are missing a required plugin such as Adobe Flash Player. Over 3.5 million web pages uses flash.

Re: video problems

I had heard that before ... I uninstalled Flash and then went online, found a site and then reinstalled Flash....problem continues

Re: video problems

I can see how this can cause a inconvenience. Next, I personally would try using another web browser to see if the problem is with your current web browser. Firefox, Safari, & Chrome are a few of the ones that I have found best. I don't have a computer available but I'm sure theirs a way to reset your browser to the default settings. You can always try to reinstall the browser as well. Good luck.

Re: video problems

Still not working....it was suggested that I try another browser...which one is mostly highly recommended that will not cause more problems on my computer...I took silverlight(?)  off and that did not seem to help either.

Thanks for helping.

Re: video problems

I prefer FireFox...Also you do need SliverLight to view video's on comcast, so you might re-install it from Microsoft.com download page.

Re: video problems

The order of the 3 browsers I posted, in my opion, are the best ones!
